We are proud to celebrate Miriam, a Diploma in Human Resource Management (DHRM) graduate, who has secured employment with BNBM in Goroka. Her achievement is a testament to perseverance, commitment, and faith, proving that determination can overcome doubt.

Melanesian Training College (MTC) is proud to celebrate another milestone as two of our Heavy Diesel Equipment Fitting students commence their industry job placement practical with the Works Department in Mt Hagen, Western Highlands Province.
This practical attachment provides our students with invaluable hands-on experience, allowing them to apply the technical knowledge and skills gained in the classroom to real-world heavy equipment maintenance and repair. It is an important step in preparing them for successful careers in Papua New Guinea's growing engineering and construction sectors.
At MTC, we believe that quality technical education is strengthened through industry exposure. Partnerships such as this ensure our students graduate with the confidence, competence, and workplace experience that employers value.
